Winning a domestic league or the Champions League—what’s more important for a club’s legacy? For me, the debate between European leagues and the Champions League is tough because both have their own appeal. The intensity and weekly competition of domestic leagues like the Premier League or La Liga are what I look forward to the most—they offer consistent action and rivalries. But when it comes to the Champions League, the level of excitement is unmatched, especially with the best teams in Europe facing off. As a fan, I find both equally thrilling, but there’s something about the global stage of the Champions League that just takes it to another level.

Both are important, but I’d argue that winning the Champions League is the ultimate football achievement.

European leagues showcase season-long consistency, while the Champions League offers high-stakes, elite matchups. Domestic titles define a club’s dominance, but UCL glory cements global prestige. Fans debate whether week-to-week excellence or continental supremacy holds greater significance in football’s grand hierarchy.

Champions League is still the king. I don't think that there is going to be any league that can come closer to what they have to offer. You have got to trust me fully on that.
