The idea that Ruth’s numbers would have been drastically different in an integrated league is highly speculative and we don’t have a lot of evidence to make an educated guess with. However, Ruth did play in barnstorming exhibitions against Negro League teams and from what I’ve found he put up tremendous stats against them.
