The expanded playoffs have allowed more teams a shot at the Super Bowl, but is it fair? Does it reward mediocrity, or does it increase excitement?

I think the expanded NFL playoffs definitely increase excitement by giving more teams a shot at the Super Bowl, keeping fans engaged throughout the season. However, I do wonder if it rewards mediocrity, especially when teams with losing records make the playoffs. It’s a tough balance—while it creates more drama, it could lessen the value of having a strong regular season.
