The US team needs stronger grassroots programs, better coaching, and exposure to higher-quality international competition to improve. Recruiting players from the growing expat community and developing homegrown talent is key. The rise of players like Steven Taylor and Ali Khan shows potential, and Major League Cricket could provide a much-needed platform.
