Should the NFL Revamp the Overtime Rules Again?
The current NFL overtime rules have sparked plenty of controversy. Should both teams get guaranteed possessions, even in regular-season games? Or do you think sudden death is the fairest way to end a game? Let’s debate the pros and cons of potential rule changes.
Re: Should the NFL Revamp the Overtime Rules Again?
I think the NFL’s new overtime rules for playoffs are fair, giving both teams a chance to possess the ball. However, for regular season games, sudden death still feels a bit harsh. Maybe adopting the college football format, where both teams get equal opportunities, could work. Watching thrilling games like Bills-Chiefs makes me lean toward more balanced rules.
