Marathon Running

Post by Roman »

I never considered myself an athlete until I ran my first marathon. Overweight and out of shape, I challenged myself to change. Each training day transformed not just my body, but my mindset. Crossing that finish line wasn't about speed—it was about proving to myself that limits are mostly mental barriers.

Have you ran for a marathon?

I haven't run a marathon myself, but I know a lot about the training, mental endurance, and physical challenges involved! The preparation and dedication required are impressive, and it’s a huge accomplishment for anyone who takes on that challenge.

Marathon running has always intrigued me for its mental and physical challenge. The months of training, the discipline needed, and the constant battle against fatigue make it a rewarding experience. There’s nothing like the sense of accomplishment at the finish line.

Marathon running is something that I know is very difficult because you have to build a very high cardio so that you can be able to complete the race. I'm not someone who can be able to take part in any kind of marathon running no matter the distance.
