A Look Back at the Greatest US Swimming Moments in Olympic History

Post by G-One »

From Mark Spitz's 7 golds in 1972 to Phelps' 8 in 2008, Team USA has created some unforgettable Olympic memories. What’s your favorite moment in US swimming history? Is it Ledecky smashing world records or the thrilling relay finishes that leave us on the edge of our seats?

Yes, Katie Ledecky, as an American swimmer, who has broken 16 world records in her career. does it for me. She holds the world record in the 800-meter and 1500-meter freestyle events over both long and short courses. Her wins are massive and really outstanding

, Katie Ledecky is doing the world proud as she has broken many world records in swimming. She holds the world record in the 800-meter and 1500-meter freestyle events, and has also broken 37 national records. 1500-meter freestyle she set the world record in this event in 2013 and has never had it beaten since then
