While professional wrestling might not be a "true" combat sport, its influence in American pop culture is undeniable. WWE, with stars like The Rock, John Cena, and Stone Cold Steve Austin, has shaped the entertainment landscape for decades. WrestleMania, the annual event, continues to be a spectacle, blending athleticism with theatrics, and drawing millions of viewers globally.

I completely agree! While professional wrestling isn’t a traditional combat sport, its impact on American pop culture is undeniable. The WWE has created larger-than-life characters like The Rock, John Cena, and Stone Cold Steve Austin, who transcended the ring and became household names in Hollywood and beyond. WrestleMania has become more than just an event; it’s a celebration of sports entertainment. What I find fascinating is how WWE mixes athleticism with storytelling, drawing in fans from all walks of life, and creating a global cultural phenomenon. How do you think the rise of UFC has influenced WWE’s popularity over the years?

Wrestling’s popularity in the US goes far beyond what happens in the ring. For me, it’s about the larger-than-life characters, the storytelling, and the emotional connection. WWE and AEW have made wrestling more than a sport—it’s entertainment that blends athleticism with drama. Social media and streaming platforms have also expanded its reach, letting fans interact and watch anytime. Beyond the ring, wrestling influences pop culture, music, and even fashion, making it a truly immersive experience.
