Sebring 12 Hours: A Test of Endurance

Post by Sora »

The 12 Hours of Sebring is one of America’s oldest and most prestigious endurance races. Part of the IMSA SportsCar Championship, it tests both cars and drivers to the limit. With manufacturers like Porsche, Cadillac, and Acura competing, the race showcases cutting-edge technology. What’s your favorite Sebring memory?

It was shaping up to be a great finish for Porsche in the GTP class. The 31 Cadillac was just grinding the whole day and happened to be in the right position at the end. Sebring is a brutal course on both man & machine.

The 12 Hours of Sebring is iconic! One of my favorite memories is the 2014 race when Porsche made a stunning return to victory, marking a historic win in the race after a long hiatus. The intensity and drama throughout the race—especially with the mix of strategy, weather, and car durability—make Sebring unforgettable. It truly epitomizes the spirit of endurance racing.
