It is the most fair way to handle otherwise equally strong teams. Obviously, you can't make them play forever, and penalties still require (mental) skills, although you also need a bit of luck.

Deontay has one of the most cherry picked, padded records i have ever seen. Watch the Boxing Bros audit of his resume on YouTube. He's really not all that. A massive portion of his clout comes from embarrassing fights against laughable opposition.

Olympic boxing is quite different to pro boxing in many ways, a lot of good boxers compete in the Olympics before turning pro or early in their pro careers.

A level is for kids who want to play and practice more than what leagues can provide. It's a developmental group with the intent to help the kids get better.
